Click the "Make Reservation" button only once. When you click the "Make Reservation" more than once, you will make more than one reservation. If you receive two or more email confirmations for one reservation, you have accidentally made duplicate reservations. Please use the second email confirmation number to cancel the second reservation, and so on.

What happens when your site states "No availability for dates requested"
Usually this message means that a hotel has no rooms available for the period you've selected. However, on occasion a hotel may require that you stay 2 or more nights. Try increasing the number of nights, to see if rooms are available.
Which credit cards are accepted for my reservation?
Hotels maintain differing acceptance policies. When you make a reservation, click the arrow in the Credit Card Type box, and a list of the credit cards that hotel accepts will appear.
Is my credit card be charged immediately?
Usually not. Your credit card is used for purposes of holding your reservation.
If you make a Discount Rate reservation, an immediate charge is made to your credit card.
Are debit cards acceptable when making a reservation?
Of course. All Visa or MasterCard debit card are accepted.
